Dan built ROCCABOX. While the team works on the front line, he runs everything behind it systems, operations, lead generation and digital infrastructure. The work that means the people who are client-facing don’t have to think about anything else. Seven years in. Still building.

Sara Ryskeldina

General Manager

Sara is the first person you meet at ROCCABOX. She’s also one of the reasons everything runs the way it does. Front of house, team coordination, client experience, meeting prep the operational layer most people don’t notice until it isn’t there. Sara makes sure it’s always there.

Shahd Sherif

Sales Manager

Shahd runs the sales floor. Not from a distance from the middle of it. She manages the team, the pipeline and the standards the team is held to every day. Training, lead management, client meetings, negotiations she’s across all of it, while still managing her own client list on top. The agents perform because Shahd doesn’t let them not.

Claire Roc

Growth & Operations Manager

Claire oversees operations, team performance and brand visibility at ROCCABOX Property Group, working closely across rentals, client experience and digital marketing. From supporting the rentals team and maintaining high service standards to overseeing online visibility, content and brand growth, Claire plays a key role in the day-to-day performance and development of the business.

Amellia Mckay

Rentals Manager

Amellia runs the rentals department. Reservations, contracts, lead management, CRM. The full operation, start to finish. What she actually does is make sure nobody cuts corners. The process is there. Amellia makes sure everyone follows it, every time, without exception. Properties stay occupied. Owners stay informed. Nothing falls through.

David Nazarian

Social Media Manager

David is what people see before they ever speak to anyone at ROCCABOX. Content, visuals, video, photography, drone footage, house tours, platform management. The creative output of the business, day to day. Every listing photo, every walkthrough, every piece of content that goes out that’s David. He’s the first impression and the gatekeeper of everything the brand puts online.
