Buyers pay nothing. ## What we cover 571 active new-build developments across the Costa del Sol, updated every night from primary data sources. The range runs from 196,000 euros for an apartment in Mijas to 20,000,000 euros for a villa in Benahavis. The towns with the deepest inventory are Estepona with 119 schemes from 259,000 euros, Marbella with 109 from 405,000 euros across the Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucia, San Pedro, Sierra Blanca and East Marbella, Mijas Costa with 62 from 228,000 euros, and Benahavis with 56 from 400,000 euros for golf valley living and La Zagaleta proximity.
