Roccabox is a Marbella-headquartered Spanish real-estate agency operating across the Costa del Sol since 2017. Our specialism is new-build developments — off-plan, pre-launch, and key-ready — across Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, Benahavís, Fuengirola, and the wider Costa del Sol coast.
What we do that's different
The Costa del Sol new-build market changes daily. Prices move, units sell, completion dates shift, new launches surface, and most buyers find out about them six weeks late. We built the platform you're using to fix that — every project's pricing, availability, and amenities cross-referenced against multiple sources, refreshed nightly, with an AI assistant that answers buyer questions about each one without hallucinating.
Behind the platform sit Roccabox specialists who know each project, each town, and the practical reality of buying in Spain as a non-resident. We work in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Arabic, and Ukrainian.
How we earn our keep
We are paid by developers when a buyer we represent completes a purchase. The buyer does not pay us. We do not charge a finder fee, retainer, or success fee to the buyer side of the transaction. What this lets us do is recommend honestly — including telling buyers when a project we'd be paid on is not the right fit for them.
Where we stand on the basics
We are licensed and registered in Andalucía under CIF B93718567. We carry professional liability insurance. We work with a small panel of independent abogados, gestores, and Spanish mortgage brokers that buyers can choose to use or not. We do not commission them and we do not take referral fees from them.
