What we publish
Every development page, town page, lifestyle hub, and buyer-guide article you read on Roccabox is editorially produced by Roccabox Editorial. We are not a listings aggregator. Every page is fact-checked against multiple categories of source before publication and reviewed when material data changes.
How facts get on the page
We separate facts from narrative. Facts (price, beds, size, completion date, amenity counts, school accreditation, golf-course par, status, etc.) come from primary sources. Narrative is editorial commentary written against those facts. The AI assistant on each page is grounded to the same fact table — it cannot invent information.
For every fact we record: which source category it came from, how confident we are, and when it was last verified. Where a number cannot be grounded, we say so or omit it. We do not guess at completion dates, prices, school fees, hospital specialties, or any other detail that affects a buyer decision.
What we never write
- We do not name developer firms, parent groups, partner companies, or principals on any public page. Project brand names (Armani, Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi) that are themselves the marketing identity may appear because they ARE the project name.
- We do not name competing another Costa del Sol agency agencies.
- We do not state or imply that buying property qualifies a non-EU buyer for Spanish residency. The Spanish Golden Visa investor route closed on 3 April 2025 under Organic Law 1/2025. Where residency is relevant we direct buyers to qualified Spanish immigration counsel.
- We do not write speculative claims about future prices, returns, or rental yields without clearly framing them as opinion.
Pre-launch and indicative pricing
Many developments on the Costa del Sol are in pre-launch state when we first cover them. Prices in pre-launch are indicative — meaning they reflect developer guidance at the time of writing, not contractually binding figures. Every pre-launch page is labelled as such throughout. We update prices when releases are confirmed.
How often we update
Pricing and availability for active developments refresh nightly from primary sources. Editorial narrative is reviewed when material facts change. Buyer-guide pages are reviewed monthly or whenever Spanish law changes (tax bands, residency routes, mortgage regulation). Each page shows its "Last verified" timestamp.
