If golf is a daily habit for you rather than a weekend trip, that counts. You can plan a full week around the course and still do your short-game work without driving anywhere else.

Benahavís shapes the whole experience. The municipality has long been the gastronomic centre of the western Costa del Sol, and the hills behind Marbella and Estepona stay cooler than the coast in high summer. Alferini gains from both. The course belongs to a wider golf scene that has driven property demand in this part of the province for twenty years, and it still attracts buyers who want a serious round ten minutes from the door. Daily tee times, a working academy and a clubhouse open all year give a property real use outside summer, the season when golf-led communities here usually empty out.
