The Sky Marbella is a gated collection of 50 apartments positioned at the highest point of La Quinta, on the southern edge of El Madronal in Benahavís — a location that places the Bay of Marbella and the Mediterranean directly in the sightline of every residence. The development forms part of a broader estate that also includes 16 villas, creating a self-contained community of 66 residences in total.

Apartments range from 130 to 473 m² of interior space across two, three and four-bedroom configurations, including duplex ground-floor units and duplex penthouses.
