The two remaining residences offer delivery certainty by end of 2027 at a scale — 388 m² to 487 m² built — that comparable resale stock in Benahavís does not replicate at anywhere near equivalent specification, with nearby three-bedroom resales trading between €869,000 and €1.35m for considerably smaller or older product.
