Solana Village Fase 3
Project lifecycle
Solana Village Fase 3, in context.
Solana Village Fase 3 is the third phase of a hilltop scheme at La Cala Golf in Mijas Costa: 52 apartments of two and three bedrooms on the crest of the resort, looking down over the Europa course to the sea. It suits buyers who want a managed golf-side base with services around them rather than a beachfront address. Here the morning begins with fairways below and the Mediterranean on the horizon.
Every home faces east or south, so light arrives early over the water and stays through the afternoon. Terraces are generous and glass-enclosed, which makes them a room you use in January as readily as in August: breakfast with the coast laid out ahead or a late supper once the evening cools.
Garden-level apartments add a private garden looking over the pool, the resort gardens and the course. Interiors of 87 to 120 m² come ready to live in, with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, a fitted kitchen with appliances, an LED lighting package and two full bathrooms.
Close by are the clubhouse and the resort's hotel and spa. Owners can use them with the benefits and discounts of the Privilege Card, which makes the resort's facilities part of the weekly rhythm rather than an occasion. Prices run from €430,000 to €640,000. With 45 of 52 homes sold and completion set for December 2026, what remains is a short list of seven.

The off-plan discount, stage by stage
Off-plan entry typically offers the largest pricing headroom at the earliest stages. The advantage narrows as construction progresses — at completion the unit is priced at market. Solana Village Fase 3 currently sits in the Under construction band.
This is late-stage off-plan rather than early allocation. Construction has started, completion is scheduled for December 2026 and only seven of the 52 apartments remain, so the case rests on position and specification rather than a launch discount. The hilltop plots above Europa cannot be repeated once built and the preceding phase is down to its final unit. Entry at €430,000 sits against a La Cala Golf resale median of €3,549 per m² and an average of 280 days on the market. The premium buys a ten-year structural guarantee, unworn installations and an elevated position resale stock rarely matches. Third-party listings differ on availability and entry price, so confirm the live price list with us before committing.
Why buyers reserve at this stage
Personalisation window
Reserving during the Under construction phase gives buyers genuine input into layout, finishes and basement use ahead of handover, a window that closes as the build advances.
Scarcity and specification
7 of 52 units remain. The plot sizes, orientation and amenity package on this scheme are not easily replicated in the immediate resale stock.
Risk-managed entry
Spanish new-build buyers are protected by staged payments held under bank guarantee, ten-year structural warranty and full licence review. Roccabox brokers all of this through regulated counsel.
The premium, contextualised
Useful context — not a substitute for unit-level valuation. Pricing data cross-referenced against live Costa del Sol market signals.
Solana Village Fase 3 is not priced against average Mijas Costa resale stock. It is a premium new-build product with the specification, plot quality and amenity package that the broader resale market typically does not match. At €4,943 per built m² the relevant question is whether the premium is justified against comparable new-build completions, not whether it beats the area's median of €3,034/m².

What every unit receives
Living in Mijas Costa
Golf here is the view rather than the destination. Campo Europa lies some 300 metres from the development, Campo América just over 700 metres and Campo Asia a little beyond a kilometre, putting all three courses within two minutes by car. La Terraza, a restaurant around 700 metres away, makes for an easy supper close to home.
The coast is a short descent. The La Cala beaches at La Butibamba and El Torreón are about 13 minutes by car, with Calahonda's Riviera beach at a similar distance and the Cocoa Beach club at 14 minutes. Puerto Cabopino is also 14 minutes away for lunch beside the moorings, Fuengirola's marina 20 and Marina Marbella 28. A ten-year average high of 20.6°C with lows of 14.9°C keeps the terrace in use well beyond summer.
The practical side is well served. Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol is 20 minutes away, Quirónsalud Marbella 28 and a gym 8 minutes down the hill. Fuengirola's train station is 18 minutes by car and Málaga Airport about 50 minutes by road.
