The architecture takes its name from the Finnish word for waves: the design language — conceived by architects González & Jacobson — is rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, with curved forms, open-plan layouts, and a material palette that includes Dica cabinetry, Siemens appliances, Duravit sanitaryware, and Hansgrohe fittings throughout.
