Horizonte Village Villas — Phase 1 is a small-scale collection of seventeen detached villas set within Urbanización Buenavista, above Mijas Pueblo, at an elevation that commands sea and mountain views across the Costa del Sol. Construction began in Summer 2024, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.

The seventeen villas divide across four- and five-bedroom configurations, ranging from 372 m² to 445 m² of built area on plots of between 585 m² and 596 m². Specification is notably detailed: Italian Scavolini kitchens certified Made in Italy, underfloor heating throughout principal living spaces, aluminium glazing by Cortizo with double glazing and solar protection, private pools, and integrated smart-home systems.
