Luminal Homes is a fenced community of 218 apartments and penthouses in Los Pacos, the residential quarter on the northern edge of Fuengirola. It is built for people who want the Costa del Sol as a place to live rather than to visit. The homes run from one to three bedrooms and from 73 m² to 220 m², priced between €282,450 and €899,000. The beach is a three-minute drive away and Málaga airport around half an hour by road.
The buildings form an open C around landscaped gardens, planted with species chosen to need little water and crossed by lit footpaths. Every home is fully exterior. Large windows draw the Mediterranean light inside and open onto private terraces, many of which can take a small pool of their own.
A sliding partition lets one bedroom fold into the living room, giving you a guest room when family visit and generous open space when they leave. Shared facilities are practical rather than ornamental: an adult pool and a separate children's pool, a sauna, a gym, a laundry and a coworking room with its own heating and cooling.
Below ground, each home has a parking space and storage room, wired ahead for electric car charging.
Demand has been firm. The developer quotes 218 homes in total. The inventory we track covers 188, of which 106 have sold and 82 remain. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2028 and published prices exclude VAT and stamp duty.

Living in Fuengirola
Los Pacos is a neighbourhood rather than a resort strip and much of daily life can be done on foot. A supermarket sits about 250 metres from the site, Mercadona is just under a kilometre away and the nearest restaurants, Asador los Pacos among them, are within 700 metres. Cafés and pharmacies cluster a little over a kilometre off.
The sea is close. 5 kilometres away, three minutes by car or a comfortable walk. Fuengirola's marina is five minutes' drive and HW Beach Club eight. Golfers have three courses within 11 minutes: Campo Los Lagos, Campo Los Olivos and Cerrado del Aguila.
Carvajal and Fuengirola rail stations are each about five minutes away, Hospital Vithas Xanit International 13 and Málaga airport 34.
The climate does the rest. Average daytime highs of 21.5°C and lows of 14.9°C across the year mean the terrace earns its keep in winter as well as summer.
