Bulevar 360 is a 165-home apartment scheme by Nuovit Homes, rising across five floors on a 7,722 m² site in Cortijo Merino — a newly planned quarter of Málaga capital taking shape adjacent to the university, the Andalusia Technology Park, and the city's Trade Fair and Congress Centre.
