The Views Residences is a private collection of three south-west-facing villas set within the gated Sierra Blanca Country Club, above the village of Istán — a hillside address that places the Mediterranean coastline, La Concepción reservoir, and the UNESCO-designated Sierra de las Nieves Biosphere Reserve simultaneously in frame. With construction under way since Q3 2025 and completion targeted for Q3 2026, the project is already past the highest-risk phase of the off-plan cycle.

Each villa extends to between 296 and 364 m² of built space across three or four bedrooms, with open-plan living areas that give directly onto terraces oriented to capture afternoon light and the another Costa del Sol agency beyond. Priced from €1,595,000 to €1,795,000, all three units remain available at launch. The development's singular characteristic is its scale: three homes, one setting, no phases. Once sold, the address closes permanently to new buyers.
