Construction commenced in the first quarter of 2025, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. All apartments face south, maximising winter warmth and year-round natural light through floor-to-ceiling glazing, while greenery-lined terraces serve as genuine outdoor living rooms. Communal amenities include a swimming pool, spa with jacuzzi, sauna and an experience shower. Eight of the 25 units are already sold, leaving 17 available across a price range of €499,000 to €999,000.
