Proa is a development of 45 semi-detached villas positioned on a natural hillside at Castillo de Lagos, on the eastern Costa del Sol within the municipality of Vélez-Málaga — an area that has attracted sustained interest as western Málaga prices have pushed buyers further along the coast.
