Sub filozofia "Less is More", designul transmite căutarea liniilor pure, elegante și délicate.

Au fost utilizate materiale precum lemnul natural în anumite zone ale placajului vilei, permițând un dialog constant cu peisajul natural din jur, și conferind fără îndoială proiectului unicitatea, eleganța și puritatea.
